If you have been referred by your GP you will receive an appointment letter through the post.  If you are unable to make the appointment we have offered you please feel free to contact us to rearrange.

Whilst it is preferable to receive referrals from your GP we are also happy to accept self-referrals.  Please feel free to contact us to discuss and arrange an appointment.
